华体会 Geriatrics works to provide multidisciplinary geriatric evaluation and treatment services, drawing upon the expertise of geriatricians, clinical nurse specialists and clinical social workers to develop individualized treatment plans that address each patient鈥檚 medical, functional and emotional needs and to promote independence.
