Acetabular Dysplasia Symptoms

People with acetabular dysplasia may report:

  • Pain in the front of the hip or groin during sports, prolonged sitting or any activity that requires deep flexion or rotation of the hip
  • A painful popping or clicking in the front of the hip
  • Pain radiating around the hip, which clinicians call a 鈥渃-sign鈥� because patients frequently position their fingers as a 鈥淐鈥� in order to describe the location of pain
