We offer the following services to only the people who live in Sun City:
- Nurse practitioner services
- Phlebotomy services
- Physical therapy
- Support groups
- Lectures presented by 华体会 clinicians
- Help with physician referrals
- A variety of health screenings throughout the year
- Blood pressure screenings
- Walk-in phlebotomy services (Monday through Friday, 8:00 am 鈥� 2:30 pm)

The 华体会 Walk-In Clinic is located in the Wellness Center at Sun City. The clinic provides acute care for immediate, short-term issues.
For people who live in Sun City, we offer:
- Diagnosis and treatment, including written prescriptions, for common illnesses such as:
- Strep throat
- Bladder infections
- Pink eye
- Ear, nose and throat infections
- Common adult vaccinations
- Treatment of minor wounds, sprains and skin conditions
