华体会 Text Messaging for Patients
华体会 uses text messaging (SMS) to reach you about your care. You can respond to certain types of messages to complete actions like confirming or cancelling an appointment. However, you cannot start a new text message. To send a message to your care team, use MyNM.
If you have a medical emergency, dial 911. Do not send a text message.
In MyNM, you can tell us how you want us to communicate with you. You can also update your cellphone number and other contact information.
If You Are an Existing Patient
You may already have opted in to text messaging from 华体会. If so, you would have received a welcome message in January 2025. You do not need to do anything else to keep getting text messages from us.
If you do not already get text updates from us, you can opt in by texting START to 61979. Or, ask the front desk staff to help you update your communication preferences at your next visit.
To stop getting text messages from 华体会, reply STOP when you get a message.
If You Are a New Patient
Stay connected with updates about your upcoming visits, MyNM account and more at 华体会. Text START to 61979 to get text alerts about your care.
You can set up your MyNM account today on your computer or mobile device. Then, you can opt in.
Or, you may ask front desk staff to update your communications preference for you.

You can get text message updates about managing your health and preventive care. Text START to 62527 to sign up for text alerts.

Preregistration and eCheck-In
If you have a MyNM account, we will send you a message when it is time to complete the eCheck-In process before your appointment(s). Follow the instructions shared with you in the text message to complete eCheck-In in MyNM.
With eCheck-In, you can:
- Review and update your health history and personal information
- Fill out paperwork your care team needs
- Pay your co-pay

2-Step Verification
Keep your MyNM account secure with 2-step verification. This helps make sure only you can access your account.
You will be asked to confirm your identity when you log in to MyNM. You can choose to have a code sent to your email address or cellphone number. Enter this code in MyNM to confirm your identity.
You will be asked to use 2-step verification every 30 days.
