Goal 1: Influence the culture of accountability and reliability.
Objective: Continue to invest in professional development to support the growth of all staff to maximize their leadership and clinical potential.
Goal 2: Invest in the growth and development of strategies to advance patient- and family-centered care throughout the continuum.
Objectives: Proactively plan, train and execute relationship-based care for all patients.
