The 华体会 Shared Leadership Decision Making Model is based on a congressional model of interprofessional staff and leadership representation. Through integration of the interprofessional practice model based on Relationship-Based Care庐 and the goals of 华体会, this shared leadership governance model serves to advance the implementation and evaluation of the Nursing Strategic Roadmap.
